Job Summary
We are looking for a visionary and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead and elevate the HR function across our organization. This senior leadership role is critical in shaping the company’s talent strategy, culture, organizational structure, and operational efficiency. The Director of HR will build and lead a high-performing HR team, design long-term strategies, establish scalable HR infrastructure, and ensure alignment of people operations with overall business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will contribute to company-wide strategic planning and decision-making. Your role involves translating business goals into actionable HR strategies that drive growth, innovation, and high performance. You will lead organizational change initiatives and people transformation efforts to support evolving business needs.

HR Policy & Framework Development:
You will design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards is paramount. Additionally, you will standardize HR operations and develop scalable frameworks to maintain consistency across multiple locations.

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning:
Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent pipeline development efforts. You will craft employer branding strategies and strengthen the employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent. Succession planning for leadership and critical roles will also be a key focus.

Performance Management & Organizational Development:
Develop and maintain robust performance management systems aligned with company goals and KPIs. Identify capability gaps and spearhead leadership development programs. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, continuous feedback, and accountability measures.

Culture, Engagement & Diversity:
Shape and uphold the company’s culture by embedding values-driven HR practices. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create an inclusive workplace. Design and implement employee engagement strategies aimed at boosting retention and morale.

Compensation & Benefits Strategy:
Oversee the total rewards strategy, including salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits. Benchmark market trends to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Promote transparent, merit-based compensation processes.

HR Technology & Analytics:
Implement and optimize HR information systems to enhance data visibility and support strategic decision-making. Utilize data analytics to measure HR impact, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices. Manage audits, grievances, investigations, and employee relations with integrity and fairness.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven success in building or transforming HR functions, preferably in fast-growing or multi-site organizations.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, organizational dynamics, and change management.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR systems, and performance management frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with operational expertise and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, or SPHR.
- Experience in industries like retail, manufacturing, technology, or hospitality.
- Exposure to cross-cultural or international HR environments is an advantage.
