Job Summary
We are a dynamic digital marketing company seeking a full-time female Sales Representative to connect with potential clients across the U.S. In this role, you will introduce our core services—web design, SEO, and Google Ads—while addressing client inquiries and driving sales to successful closure. Strong phone communication skills with a clear English accent are essential. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate cold calls to U.S. business owners to generate interest in our digital marketing services.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our web design, SEO, and Google Ads packages to potential clients.
- Professionally manage objections and guide conversations toward closing sales.
- Follow up with emails and proposals as needed to support the sales process and maintain client engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- Clear, confident English communication with a neutral or strong accent suitable for U.S. clients.
- Proven ability to speak confidently and persuasively over the phone.
- Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace equipped with stable internet and a reliable computer.
- A focused, consistent, and results-oriented work ethic.
- Availability to work remotely from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday through Friday, including a one-hour break.
- Commitment to full-time employment with strict adherence to the designated shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.

Applicants will be asked to provide their expected full-time monthly salary in PKR, confirm availability for video meetings, and demonstrate willingness to work the specified hours. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable making cold calls to U.S. clients and handling rejection professionally. Prior sales or customer service experience will be discussed but is not a strict requirement.
