Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead sales and business development initiatives for solar solutions within the Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional (CNI) sectors. This role is critical in expanding our market footprint by identifying new business opportunities, surpassing sales targets, and cultivating strong, lasting customer relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with both sales and marketing teams to align strategies and effectively communicate the benefits of our solar products. This is a full-time position based at Korangi Industrial Park, requiring regular in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, referrals, and active participation in industry events. You will be expected to consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Supporting the Sales Manager, you will lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance their skills and deepen their understanding of our product offerings.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers is essential. You will address customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Monitoring sales metrics and analyzing performance data will be part of your routine, with regular reporting to the Sales Manager to support informed strategic decisions.

Conducting comprehensive market analysis is another key responsibility. You will track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights that inform strategic planning. Collaboration with the marketing team is vital to ensure that sales efforts are fully aligned with ongoing promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Staying updated on the latest solar technologies, products, and industry regulations is crucial. This knowledge will enable you to clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers, positioning our solutions as the preferred choice in the market.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed a minimum of 16 years of education, preferably with an engineering background. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar sales or business development role within the solar or related industries is required. Strong sales acumen, including proven negotiation and problem-solving skills, is essential for success in this position.

Excellent time management and technical aptitude are necessary to manage multiple priorities effectively. Additionally, a customer-focused mindset combined with adaptability and the ability to collaborate well within a team environment is critical.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
