Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Site Surveyor Executive to join our team based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting precise on-site surveys for solar energy projects, collecting accurate technical data, and providing essential support to both engineering and sales teams during the planning and implementation stages. This role is ideal for professionals with a technical background who enjoy hands-on fieldwork and are dedicated to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities
The Site Surveyor Executive will conduct comprehensive site surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial solar installations. This includes measuring and documenting critical parameters such as roof dimensions, orientation, tilt, shading, and structural conditions. The candidate will also assess and record the existing electrical infrastructure to ensure seamless integration of solar systems.

During site visits, the use of specialized tools such as solar pathfinders, measuring tapes, and electrical testers will be essential. The role requires taking detailed notes, sketches, and photographs to support engineering designs. Preparing and submitting thorough survey reports and technical data sheets in a timely manner is a key part of the job.

Collaboration is vital, so the candidate will work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure all project requirements are met efficiently. Strict adherence to safety procedures and standards during all site activities is mandatory. The position involves traveling to various sites as needed for surveys and inspections.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in site surveying is required, preferably within the solar or broader energy sector. A strong understanding of solar system components and installation requirements is essential.

Familiarity with basic field assessment tools and equipment is necessary, along with good communication and reporting skills. The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate reliability is important. Willingness to travel for site assessments both within Lahore and to other locations is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
