Business Development Executive

Job Summary
7 KINGS CODE, a US-based software solutions provider with a diverse client base across the USA, Canada, Europe, India, Pakistan, and the Middle East, is looking for a driven Business Development Executive. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint within the healthcare sector by acquiring new clients and fostering strategic partnerships. The position is based onsite in Lahore, with working hours aligned to Pakistan Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new leads and securing potential clients specifically within the healthcare industry. Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients is essential to support sustained business growth.

Managing the complete sales cycle is a core part of this role—from initial outreach and lead qualification to negotiating and closing deals. The candidate will leverage various sales tools and techniques to maximize effectiveness throughout the process.

Identifying and qualifying potential clients through multiple channels will ensure a healthy and consistent sales pipeline. The use of CRM systems is critical for tracking leads, organizing client information, managing follow-ups, and providing accurate sales reporting.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years’ experience in healthcare sales, medical billing, or revenue cycle management is required to ensure familiarity with industry-specific challenges and client needs.

Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English are essential for effective client interaction and internal collaboration. Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management is expected.

Hands-on experience managing sales cycles and proficiency with sales tools and CRM software are necessary to perform efficiently in this role. Additionally, candidates must be willing and able to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore, specifically to the DHA Phase 8 - Ex Park View area.
