Creative Fitness Content Producer (YouTube) & On-Camera Talent

Job Summary
Irtiqa Fitness Club, based in Lahore, is looking for a talented and creative female content creator to spearhead a new female-only fitness YouTube series. This role offers flexible working arrangements, available as either full-time or part-time in a hybrid format. The successful candidate will become the face and driving force behind the series, portraying the character "Coach Zara," crafting scripts, planning and filming episodes, and managing the content production process to ensure seamless operation, even in the founder’s absence. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fitness, storytelling, and women’s empowerment, with a strong appreciation for cultural and religious sensitivities.

Key Responsibilities
The content creator will be responsible for writing scripts for two full-length episodes and five short videos weekly. They will embody the persona of "Coach Zara," helping to develop characters inspired by Islamic heroes. On camera, the candidate will perform workout demonstrations, vlogs, and reels, often featuring real gym members and staff cameos to enhance authenticity.

Planning and directing video shoots creatively within the gym space is a crucial part of the role. The candidate will assist with technical aspects such as camera framing and lighting, using devices like mobile phones, DSLR, or mirrorless cameras. Managing video editors and organizing batch filming sessions—primarily on weekends—is essential to maintain a consistent content release schedule.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate confidence and experience in front of the camera, which could stem from theater, acting, or a presence on platforms like TikTok or YouTube. A background or strong interest in fitness, physiotherapy, or nutrition is highly desirable. The ability to write engaging, bilingual scripts blending Urdu and English is required.

Basic filming skills, including framing and lighting, are necessary, with familiarity in using equipment such as iPhones or Sony ZV-E10 cameras. Cultural sensitivity to Pakistani and Islamic themes is critical to ensure storytelling remains respectful and authentic. Strong organizational and leadership abilities are also essential to maintain a smooth content production workflow.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The ideal candidate will have a creative and energetic personality and be comfortable working while wearing a hijab. A passion for storytelling, fitness, and producing engaging social media reels is important. The ability to incorporate quotes from both classical and contemporary sources—ranging from Rumi to Marvel—is a plus.

Experience in managing or assisting with content channels is highly desirable. This role is open to female applicants only, as Irtiqa Fitness Club is a women-centered environment dedicated to promoting health, dignity, and creative empowerment.

The salary for interns ranges from PKR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, while experienced candidates can expect between PKR 30,000 and 120,000 per month, with additional performance-based bonuses. Working hours vary from 20 to 60 hours per week, with most work conducted in person at the club.
