UI / UX Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and imaginative UI/UX Designer to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for creating outstanding user experiences, backed by a solid foundation in both UI and UX design principles. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to influence product direction, visual aesthetics, and overall user experience. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions from initial concept through to development hand-off, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions that elevate product visuals and enhance user experience. You will manage the entire visual design process, starting from early concept development to the final hand-off to development teams. This includes creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions. Conducting user research and analyzing feedback will be essential to iteratively improve the user experience. Additionally, you will establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across all projects.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of UI/UX principles. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent software is essential. A solid grasp of user-centered design methodologies and principles is required to create intuitive and engaging interfaces. Excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Staying current with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies is also important. The role requires 3 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, complemented by 1 to 2 years of video editing experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development processes is also a plus, enabling smoother collaboration within iterative project cycles.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore, conveniently located near PIA Road and Wapda Town. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays off. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
