Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Operations Supervisor to join our team at Ocean Mall, Karachi. Key Responsibilities
The Operations Supervisor will oversee all aspects of retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily functioning. This includes managing customer service standards to enhance the shopping experience and implementing stringent audit controls to maintain operational integrity. Inventory management is a key focus, requiring close monitoring and control to optimize stock levels and reduce shrinkage.

Human resource management is another vital responsibility, involving the coordination and supervision of staff to maintain productivity and morale. Additionally, the supervisor will be accountable for asset management, ensuring all resources are properly utilized and maintained to support operational needs.

A critical part of the role involves analyzing sales data and other operational metrics to identify trends, uncover opportunities for improvement, and drive sales growth. The supervisor will also develop and implement strategies aimed at market expansion and strengthening the retail network, always maintaining a market-driven approach to decision-making and operations.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in retail operations, demonstrating the ability to manage diverse operational functions effectively. Strong data mining and analytical skills are essential to interpret sales figures and operational data accurately, enabling informed decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package in the range of Rs40,000 to Rs50,000 per month, aligned with market standards. Additional benefits will be provided to the selected candidate, reflecting our commitment to employee welfare.

This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work in rotational shifts. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Ocean Mall, Karachi, or be willing to relocate prior to joining.
