Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with over five years of solid experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial management capabilities, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive mindset focused on process improvement. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing accounts receivable and payable, and supporting the overall financial stability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining and regularly updating customer ledgers and financial records with precision. Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking, is a core part of the role. The candidate will prepare, verify, post, and record customer payments and related financial transactions accurately.

Monthly reconciliation of revenue accounts and bank statements is required to ensure consistency and accuracy. The role also involves generating detailed financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to support decision-making.

Assisting with budgeting, financial forecasting, and monitoring performance against budgets will be key to maintaining financial discipline. The candidate must ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal financial policies.

Collaboration with auditors and tax consultants is necessary to prepare for audits and tax filings. The Senior Accounts Executive will lead initiatives aimed at improving financial systems and procedures, implementing corrective actions when needed.

Maintaining clear, meticulous, and organized financial documentation is essential. The role includes supervising junior accounting staff and providing support to cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Additionally, the candidate will oversee or assist with payroll processing and employee-related disbursements. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles is a critical responsibility.

Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement will help drive financial efficiency. Coordination with auditors and tax professionals to prepare financial statements and tax returns is also expected.

Managing the accounting team and providing guidance and support to other departments will be part of the leadership duties. The Senior Accounts Executive must maintain accurate and up-to-date fiscal files and records documenting all transactions.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance. A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar accounting role is essential.

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills are required to maintain accuracy. The ability to multitask and manage time effectively is critical in this fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu are necessary for clear reporting and collaboration. Proficiency in preparing financial statements and reports is expected.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring is important. The candidate should be capable of handling accounting issues efficiently with minimal disruption to operations.

Strong organizational skills are required to maintain clear and accurate financial records consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint will be advantageous.

Experience working near Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind, is considered a plus. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000.
