Primary Computer Teacher

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Computer Science educator to join our academic team in Saadi Town, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lesson plans that foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. This full-time position requires a strong commitment to student success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate learners to reach their academic potential. The role is scheduled to commence on July 14, 2025.

Key Responsibilities
The educator will develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that adhere to established curriculum standards. They will use a variety of instructional methods to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring all students can grasp complex concepts effectively. Maintaining a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere is essential to promote student engagement and learning.

Hands-on activities such as experiments and demonstrations will be conducted to clarify difficult topics and enhance understanding. The educator will regularly assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and other evaluation tools, providing constructive feedback to encourage continuous academic growth.

Effective communication is crucial; the candidate will maintain regular contact with students, parents, and colleagues to discuss student performance and classroom activities. Collaboration with fellow educators to integrate interdisciplinary concepts into the curriculum is also expected. Additionally, expertise or interest in emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), STEM, or Robotics will be considered a valuable asset.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Education or a closely related field. While 2-3 years of prior teaching experience is preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential regardless of experience level. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate students toward academic success and show a commitment to ongoing professional development.

The role also requires the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to the school community and supporting collaborative initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
