Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team at our Gulberg III office. This is a full-time, on-site position with shift options from 2 PM to 10 PM or 7 PM to 4 AM. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of outbound call center experience, preferably with exposure to SEO or digital marketing campaigns. Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential clients via phone, clearly communicate our digital marketing services, and generate qualified leads or sales to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads using provided databases or through cold calling techniques. It is essential to effectively explain the advantages of our SEO and digital marketing services to prospective clients. You will qualify leads based on specific campaign criteria and coordinate follow-ups or transfers to the sales team as needed. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and conversions is a critical part of this role. Accurate documentation of all client interactions and lead statuses within CRM or tracking systems is required. Handling objections professionally while maintaining focus on achieving targets is expected. Additionally, staying informed about campaign goals, product updates, and call scripts will ensure your communication remains effective and aligned with company standards.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in an outbound call center role. Excellent verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with a confident and persuasive demeanor. The ability to perform well in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment is crucial. Experience with cold calling, lead generation, or tele-sales processes is required. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and call software, are necessary to manage client data and track progress efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Prior experience in selling or promoting SEO, Google Ads, or other digital marketing services is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs50,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
