Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Service Provider Onboarding & Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in onboarding service providers across various categories and driving service orders through strategic sales efforts. Your contribution will directly impact the growth and success of our platform by ensuring a smooth onboarding process and building strong, lasting relationships with service providers.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding qualified service providers in designated cities. Managing the entire documentation and activation process will be critical to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience for new providers. Additionally, you will educate service providers on how to effectively use our app and provide ongoing support during their initial setup phase.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with onboarded providers is essential to ensure sustained engagement and performance. Regular field visits will be conducted to assess service quality, offer hands-on support, and strengthen vendor relationships. You will monitor service performance closely and assist in resolving any issues between providers and customers promptly.
Generating new service orders by meeting weekly and monthly sales targets is a key part of your role. This will involve outreach, follow-ups, and local marketing initiatives. Continuous follow-up with service providers will be necessary to ensure active participation and successful order fulfillment. You will also contribute to lead generation strategies and their execution to support regional business growth. Maintaining daily reports and updates through internal communication channels will be expected.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field. You should have 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or onboarding roles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Urdu and English are essential to succeed in this position.
