Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive at Renexus Resource Group, you will be responsible for understanding and assessing client needs to provide customized property solutions. You will present and demonstrate relevant property units effectively, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of the offerings. Conducting site visits and guiding clients throughout the sales process will be a key part of your role.
Generating leads through various channels, including cold calling and social media outreach, and following up diligently to convert prospects into clients is essential. Maintaining strong, long-term client relationships is critical to success in this position. You will be expected to meet daily key performance indicators such as the number of calls made, meetings held, and successful conversions. Staying well-informed about product knowledge, market trends, and sales routes will enable you to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. We welcome applicants with 0 to 2+ years of sales experience; while prior real estate experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective time management are essential for this role. Candidates must be comfortable with cold calling, social media outreach, and using CRM systems to track and manage leads.
Being based in Karachi is a mandatory requirement for this position, as it involves local client interaction and site visits.
