Key Responsibilities
The Telesale Executive will assist customers in selecting products or services that best meet their individual requirements. Providing accurate and clear information about our offerings is essential, along with addressing and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. Generating leads and following up with potential clients to maximize sales opportunities will be a core part of the role.
Handling customer complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels is crucial. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales transactions to ensure transparency and accountability. Meeting and consistently exceeding sales targets is expected to contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth.
Staying updated on product developments and sales strategies will help enhance performance. Collaboration with team members to improve customer service and refine sales techniques is also an important aspect of this role.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum education level of Intermediate or a Bachelor’s degree. A proven track record with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage effectively with customers.
The role demands excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales successfully. Candidates must be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer queries. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if necessary, is also important.
