Job Summary
VectorCoder is looking for skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineers with at least one year of hands-on experience in manual and/or automation testing. Key Responsibilities
The SQA Engineer will be responsible for developing, writing, and executing detailed test cases and comprehensive test plans to ensure full test coverage. You will identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies throughout the software development lifecycle. Close collaboration with development teams is essential to isolate bugs and support timely problem resolution.

You will utilize test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail to organize testing activities and report results accurately. API testing will be conducted using tools like Postman to validate backend services, while database testing will involve executing SQL queries to verify data integrity and accuracy. Where applicable, you will support automation testing efforts using tools such as Selenium or Cypress.

Additionally, you will analyze various application architectures and deployment environments to customize testing approaches effectively. Clear and effective communication in English with team members and stakeholders is crucial to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the QA process.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of practical experience in software quality assurance, including manual and/or automation testing. A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and different QA methodologies is essential.

You should demonstrate the ability to write comprehensive test cases, execute test plans, and manage bug tracking processes efficiently. Experience with test management tools like JIRA and TestRail is required. Proficiency in API testing using Postman or similar tools is expected, along with solid knowledge of database testing and the ability to execute SQL queries.

Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress is advantageous. A good understanding of various application architectures and deployment environments is necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are also required to facilitate effective collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in manual, API, regression, and integration testing will be considered a plus. Exposure to automation frameworks and scripting adds value to your profile. The ability to produce clear QA documentation and detailed test result reports is highly desirable.
