Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is integral to managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, payroll, and overall HR strategy. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of nurturing a positive workplace culture, and ensuring strict adherence to labor laws and company policies. This position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates. This includes managing the entire hiring lifecycle—from drafting job postings and screening applicants to conducting interviews and negotiating employment offers. Additionally, you will oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Acting as a key point of contact, you will address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally. Your role will involve fostering a healthy and inclusive workplace culture, enhancing employee morale, and organizing engagement initiatives and events that promote team unity and collaboration.
Performance Management:
You will design and implement performance appraisal systems in partnership with department leaders. Establishing clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and development goals will be essential. Providing coaching and constructive feedback to employees will support their growth and improve overall productivity.
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal HR policies is critical. You will maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records, and conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices meet required standards and regulations.
Training & Development:
Identifying organizational training needs and coordinating appropriate learning programs will be part of your responsibilities. You will monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives and assess their impact on employee performance and development.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Collaborating closely with finance and payroll teams, you will ensure timely salary payments. Efficient management of employee benefits, leave tracking, and attendance systems will also fall under your purview.
HR Strategy & Planning:
You will contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. Providing management with insightful reports and data-driven analysis based on HR metrics will support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Between 2 to 4 years of HR experience, including at least 1 to 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with HR software, including HRIS and payroll systems.

Salary Range: Rs30,000 to Rs60,000 per month
