Job Summary
ABS International is looking for a motivated entry-level IT Support Technician to join their team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi. This full-time, permanent position offers a fixed monthly salary of PKR 45,000 and requires working the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. Key Responsibilities
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for installing and configuring Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and antivirus software. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and printers, as well as managing LAN/WAN connectivity problems. The technician will respond to technical inquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face communication, ensuring timely and effective support.

Additional duties include performing regular data backups, updating firewalls, and executing system recovery procedures to maintain system integrity. Maintaining accurate IT inventory records and system documentation is also a critical part of the role to support operational efficiency and compliance.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 1 to 2 years of professional experience in IT support. Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting is essential. A basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP and DNS is required to effectively diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.

Fluency in both English and Urdu, with strong written and verbal communication skills, is necessary to interact with users and document processes clearly. Candidates must be available to work full-time on-site at the Karachi office.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
