Job Summary
Tekboox, a reputable US-based IT company, is actively seeking a motivated B2B Appointment Setter to join their Lahore team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by initiating contact with potential clients, presenting the company’s products and services, and scheduling appointments to support the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This is a full-time, onsite position based at DHA Y Block, Lahore, with night shift hours from 6 PM to 3 AM, five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively conduct cold calls to potential customers using a provided contact list to introduce Tekboox’s suite of products and services.
- Efficiently set and schedule appointments to facilitate the sales team’s efforts and contribute to business development goals.
- Accurately maintain detailed records of customer interactions, contact information, and appointment outcomes within the company’s CRM system.
- Exhibit strong communication and customer service skills during all client interactions to build rapport and trust.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a keen eye for detail, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
- Work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members to meet and exceed set targets.
- Utilize CRM software and other relevant applications proficiently to support daily operational activities.
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional command of English, both spoken and written, is essential for clear and professional communication.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other software applications relevant to appointment setting and customer management.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM, onsite at the DHA Y Block, Lahore location.
