Job Summary
Unity Films Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic and expanding digital company based in Rawalpindi, is looking for a talented WordPress & Shopify Developer to join its team on a full-time, on-site basis. Key Responsibilities
The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites on both WordPress and Shopify platforms. This includes creating custom themes, plugins, and components tailored to meet specific project needs. Enhancing Shopify storefronts using Liquid templating language, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, will be a core part of the role. The candidate will also implement API integrations and third-party tools to extend platform functionality and improve user experience.

Regular site audits focusing on performance optimization, SEO, and responsiveness are essential to ensure websites operate efficiently across devices. The developer will work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Writing clean, well-documented, and scalable code that adheres to modern development standards is expected throughout all projects.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A minimum of one year of professional experience in WordPress and Shopify development is required. Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL is essential.

Experience with custom theme and plugin development on WordPress is necessary, along with a solid understanding of Shopify’s Liquid templating system and API structure. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, is important for managing codebases effectively. Candidates should also have knowledge of performance optimization techniques, SEO fundamentals, and mobile-first design principles. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are crucial to succeed in this role.

Additional Information
