Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive developer to join our team in supporting and enhancing a client’s CMS platform built on SQL Server, .Net Core, Node.js, and React/React Native. This role involves not only backend and frontend development but also working with AI agents through Azure OpenAI and contributing to mobile app development using React Native. You will work closely with the client delivery lead to address technical queries, manage task assignments, and ensure seamless communication between the development team and stakeholders. The position demands strong leadership capabilities to oversee multiple development workstreams, mentor developers, and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Occasional presence at client offices may be required to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the client’s CMS platform using a technology stack that includes SQL Server, .Net Core, Node.js, and React/React Native. You will integrate AI agents by leveraging Azure OpenAI services, enhancing the platform’s capabilities. Participation in mobile application development using React Native is also a critical part of this role.

Collaboration with the client delivery lead is essential to receive and respond to technical queries efficiently. You will be responsible for assigning tasks to the development team, monitoring progress, and ensuring that project milestones are met. Providing regular and transparent updates on project status to stakeholders is a key component of your communication duties.

Maintaining a presence at client offices when necessary will help address team concerns promptly and improve communication flow. You will set realistic project timelines in coordination with the client delivery lead to ensure achievable goals. Managing multiple development workstreams simultaneously requires excellent organizational skills.

As a team leader, you will guide and mentor developers, fostering a high standard of quality in all deliverables. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the team toward successful project completion.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, .Net Core, Node.js, and React/React Native development. Familiarity with AI technologies, especially Azure OpenAI integration, is essential to support the evolving needs of the platform.

Proven experience in managing and leading development teams is required, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. The ability to juggle multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks efficiently is critical.

Experience in project management, including setting realistic delivery timelines and tracking progress, is necessary. The role is primarily remote but requires occasional visits to client sites, so flexibility and comfort with this arrangement are important.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience specifically in mobile application development using React Native is highly desirable, as it will enhance your contribution to the client’s mobile projects. Prior exposure to AI agent development and cloud-based AI services will be advantageous.
