Supply Chain Planning Associate Sheikhupura Factory

Job Summary
Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Associate to join its Sheikhupura Factory on a contractual basis. This role focuses on developing short-term, capacity-constrained production plans that are both realistic and achievable. You will ensure alignment between material availability and production line resources, playing a vital role in meeting production demands within agreed cost parameters.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating feasible production plans within the defined Demand Planning and Scheduling (DPS) period, taking into account available capacity, labor, and material resources. Managing practical challenges such as plant shutdowns and the timing of promotional activities during the DPS period will be a key part of your role.

In addition, you will develop optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials to maintain a continuous supply to production lines. This includes direct communication and coordination with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

You will also define and implement stock policies and management strategies for each SKU within your assigned portfolio, proactively identifying and resolving supply and demand issues related to raw and packaging materials.

Furthermore, you will engage suppliers in supply chain improvement initiatives that create shared value for both Nestlé and its partners, fostering collaboration and continuous enhancement of supply chain processes.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an MBA, with 0-1 year of relevant experience in distribution operations, supply chain, or warehousing. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP MH modules is essential.

A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to take initiative and execute projects effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams and ensure seamless business continuity.
