Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining clear communication with candidates. Organizing interview logistics efficiently is a critical part of the role, including booking meeting rooms, arranging video conferencing, and coordinating travel accommodations when necessary.

The Recruitment Coordinator will confirm and reschedule interview appointments with hiring managers and interviewers to accommodate any conflicts or emergencies. You will also coordinate panel interviews, ensuring all interviewers are briefed and have access to candidate information prior to the interview.

Facilitating virtual interviews using platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, Cisco Webex, and Microsoft Teams is a key responsibility. You will troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure a smooth interview experience for all parties involved.

Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems and databases is essential to keep accurate records of candidates and recruitment status. You will collect and consolidate interviewer feedback to support hiring decisions and provide constructive feedback to candidates.

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of interview coordination is encouraged. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with employment laws and data protection standards, maintaining confidentiality throughout recruitment activities.

Collaboration is vital in this role, as you will work closely with team members and hiring managers to support overall recruitment goals and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have relevant experience in customer service, corporate services, or similar high-volume roles within RPO, BPO, recruitment, or sourcing environments. While 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service industries is preferred, strong communication skills are essential to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

Excellent organizational abilities are required to manage multiple schedules and logistics simultaneously. Proven time management skills and keen attention to detail ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation.

A customer service orientation focused on providing a positive experience for all stakeholders is critical. You must demonstrate problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve challenges during the recruitment process.

The ability to work collaboratively within a team setting is necessary to achieve seamless recruitment coordination.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Proficiency with video conferencing and scheduling software such as Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, Cisco Webex, and Microsoft Teams is highly desirable. Experience working across multiple global time zones—including Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific—will be an advantage.

Flexibility and composure in adapting to changing priorities and evolving recruitment needs are important traits. Strong negotiation skills to coordinate interview schedules and other recruitment-related matters effectively will set you apart.
