Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for prospective and new customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential information about our products and services. Your main objective will be to ensure a positive customer experience by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. Additionally, you will follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction and introduce them to additional offerings that may suit their needs. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to provide timely and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear and concise introductory information to prospective and new customers regarding our products and services.
- Manage customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients via phone or email to verify their ongoing satisfaction with their purchases.
- Inform customers about additional products or services that could enhance their experience or meet further needs.
- Identify and implement the quickest and most effective methods to respond to customer questions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further assistance.
- Troubleshoot common problems related to products or services to provide immediate support.
- Work collaboratively with fellow Customer Service Representatives and other departments to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a high level of customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers.
- Proven ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries in a calm and effective manner.
- Basic troubleshooting skills related to products or services to assist customers promptly.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
- Commitment to following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Sound problem-solving abilities and the judgment to escalate issues appropriately when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- This is a full-time, in-person position requiring attendance at our office location.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs50,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
