Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team and drive the online presence of our clients through effective social media strategies. Key Responsibilities
The Social Media Executive will assist in developing and implementing tailored social media strategies that align with each client’s unique goals. You will identify target audiences and design approaches to engage them effectively. Creating, scheduling, and publishing compelling content across various platforms will be a core part of your daily tasks.
Collaboration with the design team is essential to produce visually appealing content that supports campaign objectives. You will also monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a positive and engaged online community.
Managing influencer marketing campaigns to broaden brand reach and credibility is another important responsibility. You will prepare and execute content marketing strategies that complement overall social media goals.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with followers and online communities will help enhance brand loyalty. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance metrics is crucial to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights.
Regularly offering recommendations to optimize future campaigns will be expected. Working closely with clients to understand their objectives and tailor strategies accordingly is key to delivering impactful results.
Staying informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices will ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective. You are encouraged to proactively suggest new ideas and creative concepts to continuously improve content quality and audience engagement.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management is required, preferably within an agency setting.
Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best engagement practices is essential. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer is expected.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
