Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Executive Sales/Product Proposition professional to join our Business Solutions team at the Regional Office in Islamabad. As a vital member of the B2B Product Team, you will be primarily responsible for driving GSM and device sales directly at customer locations. This role involves spending approximately 60% of your time engaging with clients to promote product propositions, generate revenue, and contribute significantly to expanding our customer base while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Drive GSM and device sales by visiting customer premises and actively promoting our product offerings to meet and exceed business objectives. You will be responsible for consistently achieving sales targets and net-add goals, ensuring steady growth in revenue.
Generating new business leads and capturing new clients will be a core part of your role, helping to expand our market reach. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction is essential, so you will focus on delivering an excellent customer experience at every interaction.
Supporting and retaining acquired clients through effective relationship management is critical to long-term success. You will also conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop informed sales strategies that keep us competitive and aligned with market trends.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a minimum graduate degree, preferably in Business Administration (BBA) or Marketing. We welcome applicants ranging from fresh graduates to those with up to two years of relevant experience in sales or marketing roles.
Skills and Competencies
A customer-centric mindset is crucial, with a strong focus on delivering value to clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to engage effectively with customers and close sales opportunities.
Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques is expected, along with solid product knowledge related to GSM and device sales. The ability to perform market analysis will help you stay ahead of competitors and adapt strategies accordingly.
