Job Summary
Eshal Corporation, a rapidly expanding e-commerce company specializing in high-conversion Shopify dropshipping, is looking for a motivated Product Hunter to join their on-site team in Karachi. This full-time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The role offers a competitive salary based on experience and performance. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying trending products by leveraging consumer psychology insights alongside comprehensive market research. This will enable the company to quickly launch, test, and scale winning products in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Product Hunter will take full ownership of the product discovery process using advanced research tools such as Minea, Pipiads, AliShark, Ecomhunt, Amazon Movers & Shakers, TikTok Creative Center, and others. The focus will be on uncovering high-potential, untapped, and scalable products that align with market demand.
A critical part of the role involves analyzing and validating product opportunities by evaluating competition, pricing history, customer reviews, delivery times, and supplier reliability. Understanding demand patterns and niche saturation is essential to ensure product viability before launch.
The candidate will prepare detailed product reports that include key data points, winning angles, ad examples, creative briefs, and supplier links. Collaboration with creative and marketing teams is vital to develop effective launch strategies.
Monitoring trends is another key responsibility. This includes mapping seasonal opportunities, identifying emerging niches, and tracking viral movements across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, and Google Trends. The Product Hunter will work closely with ad buyers to accelerate product testing and optimize results.
Cross-functional collaboration is essential. The role requires working alongside ad teams, video editors, copywriters, and store managers to ensure smooth and efficient product testing and execution.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have 1 to 2+ years of experience specifically in Shopify dropshipping product research. A proven track record of discovering winning products with measurable success is mandatory.
Proficiency in product research tools such as Minea, Pipiads, AliShark, Ecomhunt, and Dropship Spy is required. A strong understanding of customer psychology and the ability to craft compelling ad angles that convert effectively are essential skills.
Excellent documentation, research, and reporting abilities are necessary to communicate findings clearly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high initiative, self-discipline, and a performance-driven mindset.
Basic knowledge of Shopify is advantageous, particularly for analyzing competitor setups and pricing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with 3 years of experience as a Product Hunter will be preferred. The salary range for this role is Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 200,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
Success in this position will be measured by delivering 5 to 10 verified product recommendations weekly, consistently moving 2 to 3 products into the scaling phase, and continuously identifying trends, testing new verticals, and optimizing research frameworks.
