Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our team on a full-time contract basis, working remotely. The ideal candidate will oversee all stages of contract planning, execution, and administration, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. This role requires a deep understanding of contract lifecycles, strong organizational capabilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
The Contract Manager will be responsible for planning, drafting, negotiating, and implementing contracts that align with the company’s objectives and regulatory requirements. You will manage the entire contract lifecycle, from pre-award activities through to post-award administration, ensuring all contracts are executed efficiently and effectively.

Monitoring contract performance is critical to this role, ensuring all terms, conditions, and deliverables are met. You will act as the primary point of contact for contract-related questions, modifications, and dispute resolution. Close collaboration with legal, procurement, finance, and project management teams will be essential to align strategies and mitigate risks.

Maintaining a centralized and accurate contract repository is another key duty, along with overseeing timely contract renewals, amendments, and close-out procedures. You will also identify and address any contract issues promptly, escalating concerns when necessary. Additionally, providing guidance and training on contract management processes and best practices to internal stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and vendor management. Exceptional planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential to manage multiple contracts simultaneously, including complex and high-value agreements.

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are critical for success in this position. Proficiency with contract management software and related tools is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively negotiate and manage contracts and to collaborate with various teams and external partners.
