Synorise, a leading company specializing in construction estimation services, is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Appointment Setter to join its team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Sales Appointment Setter is to identify and engage potential clients within international construction markets. You will proactively reach out to prospects, initiating contact through outbound calls and other strategic outreach methods. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients is essential to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction. You will represent Synorise’s construction estimation services professionally, promoting the company’s offerings to drive sales growth. Handling objections, negotiating effectively, and maintaining a results-driven approach to meet and exceed sales targets are critical aspects of this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess a minimum education level of Intermediate or a Bachelor’s degree. Prior experience of six months to one year in US-based B2B sales is required, demonstrating familiarity with outbound sales processes and client interaction. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in English are essential to succeed in this role. Confidence in making outbound calls, managing objections, and negotiating deals is necessary. A strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets will ensure success in this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Synorise offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs70,000, complemented by an attractive incentive structure based on performance.
