Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated professional with strong expertise in customer service administration to join our team based in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting telesales activities focused on managing and processing existing customer orders. You will generate and handle sales invoices efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers. Additionally, the role involves proactive cold calling to identify and engage new potential clients. Successful conversions from these outreach efforts will be rewarded with commission incentives, encouraging a results-driven approach to expanding the customer base.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience working in the hospitality or foodservice industries, providing a strong foundation in customer-facing roles. Equally important is at least three years of experience in English-speaking customer service positions, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. We seek individuals who show a proven commitment to excellence, reliability, and talent in managing customer service and administrative duties simultaneously.
