Job Summary
A prominent leader in the Food & Bakery sector, specializing in sweets and confectionery, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its international sales and export operations. Key Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to develop and execute effective export sales strategies that will significantly increase the company’s presence in global markets. The candidate will be tasked with identifying and evaluating potential international markets and establishing reliable distribution channels to support sustainable growth.
Managing the entire export process is a critical responsibility, which includes ensuring full compliance with international trade documentation and regulations. The role also involves cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to boost sales performance and expand market reach.
In addition, the candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to align export strategies with overall business objectives and adapt to changing market conditions. Continuous market research and competitor analysis will be essential to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks in the export landscape.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related discipline. A minimum of five years of proven experience in international sales, export management, or business development within the food and confectionery sector is essential.

Job Details
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary range of Rs150,000 to Rs170,000 per month. The role is based at the company’s headquarters, where the candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless export operations.
