Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and providing comprehensive information about our products and services. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in resolving account-related concerns and offering basic technical support when necessary. Additionally, you will play an active role in supporting our sales initiatives by delivering sales pitches aimed at promoting our offerings to both potential and existing customers. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions, providing detailed information about our products and services to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (B.Com) is essential.

- Confidence and capability to perform sales-related tasks, including promoting products and services to customers.
Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of Rs 37,000 per month.
