Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Development Manager to join our IT company based in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. This role is focused on acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities primarily through online platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. The successful candidate will work onsite during evening hours from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM. We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills to help accelerate our company’s growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities using platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients is essential to ensure sustained business growth. The role also involves developing and executing strategic plans aimed at expanding the company’s client base effectively. Delivering persuasive presentations to potential clients and collaborating closely with internal teams to guarantee successful project execution are critical components of this position. Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time position based onsite at our DHA Phase 2 office in Islamabad. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs80,000.
