Artificial Intelligence (AI) Instructor – Advanced Level

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and engaging Artificial Intelligence (AI) Instructor to deliver advanced instruction in key AI domains such as Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will focus on applied AI concepts and industry-relevant skills, providing hands-on teaching that bridges theory with practical implementation. This role involves mentoring students through real-world projects and practical applications to deepen their understanding and enhance their technical capabilities in AI.

Key Responsibilities

The AI Instructor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive lessons on advanced Machine Learning topics, including both supervised and unsupervised learning methods, algorithm development, and evaluation strategies. Instruction will also cover Neural Networks with an emphasis on deep learning architectures such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), Long Short-Term Memory networks (LSTMs), and Transformer models.

In addition, the role requires teaching detailed NLP concepts, focusing on text processing techniques, word embeddings, chatbot development, search engine algorithms, and recommendation systems. The instructor will also introduce AI applications like knowledge representation, ontologies, expert systems, and pattern recognition.

A significant part of the role involves leading hands-on laboratory sessions and supervising student projects to encourage experiential learning. The instructor will mentor students in designing and implementing innovative AI solutions that have practical impact. Oversight of final project work is essential to ensure quality and relevance.

Staying updated with the latest AI research, tools, and industry trends is critical, as is integrating these advancements into the curriculum. The instructor will actively contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of course content to maintain educational excellence.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have strong practical experience in developing AI and Machine Learning applications. Proficiency with popular AI libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Hugging Face is essential.

The ability to clearly articulate complex AI concepts to learners of varying levels is required. A solid understanding of applied NLP techniques and best practices for model deployment is also necessary to effectively guide students.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Prior experience in teaching or technical training environments is highly desirable. Industry experience working on AI products or conducting AI research will be considered a strong advantage. Familiarity with ethical AI principles and responsible data handling practices is preferred to promote conscientious AI development.

This is a part-time position offering a monthly compensation ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs70,000, based on experience and qualifications. The expected time commitment is approximately 10 hours per week, providing flexibility to accommodate other professional or personal commitments.

The role is fully remote, allowing candidates to work from any location. Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience in AI education or related instructional roles.
