Project Manager / Accounts Manager

Job Summary
Zera Creative is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Project Manager / Accounts Manager to lead client projects and manage client accounts from inception through to successful completion. This full-time position, based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 2, Karachi, offers a competitive salary and a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development. Key Responsibilities

Project Management:
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects throughout their lifecycle. This includes ensuring projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to quality standards. Collaboration with internal teams—such as design, development, and content—is essential to facilitate smooth execution. You will monitor project progress closely, identify risks early, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. Additionally, preparing detailed project reports and providing regular updates to both management and clients will be part of your duties.

Accounts Management:
As the primary contact for assigned clients, you will build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships. Understanding client needs and proposing appropriate solutions will be key to managing expectations and ensuring high satisfaction levels. You will also oversee invoicing processes, follow up on payments, and maintain accurate account documentation to support smooth financial operations.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline. Proven experience in project management, account management, or a similar role is essential. A solid grasp of project management principles and methodologies is required, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools such as Trello or Asana, and CRM software is expected.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Zera Creative offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month.
