Orbius is looking for a talented Content Creator to join our team and drive the growth of one of our vibrant brands. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity for a creative professional passionate about crafting engaging, impactful content. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining the brand’s voice across multiple channels, boosting audience engagement, and elevating brand presence through innovative content strategies.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for generating fresh, innovative ideas to produce captivating and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience. Your work will involve creating compelling content that captures attention, encourages interaction, and strengthens brand identity. Tailoring content to connect meaningfully with the audience across various platforms will be a core part of your role.

Effective communication with clients to collect reviews and feedback is essential, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines. You will write engaging product descriptions and provide professional voice-over services for video content, enhancing the overall storytelling experience.

As a leader, you will mentor a small team of 2-3 junior content creators, fostering their development and ensuring timely content delivery. Managing social media content—including posts, stories, and campaigns—will be key to increasing brand visibility.

Optimizing all content for SEO to boost organic traffic and improve search rankings is critical. Collaboration with the marketing team will ensure content aligns with broader brand strategies and marketing objectives.

You will also produce high-quality video content that effectively conveys the brand story and engages viewers. Maintaining a well-organized content calendar to guarantee consistent publishing and adherence to deadlines is expected.

Staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in content creation will help keep our brand’s content fresh and innovative. Monitoring content performance through analytics and reporting will allow you to use data-driven insights to continuously enhance reach and engagement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in content creation, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility. Excellent writing and communication skills are essential, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content.

Experience managing and mentoring junior team members is required. Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization techniques is necessary. You should be skilled in creating and editing video content, including voice-over work.

Strong organizational abilities, with experience managing content calendars and meeting deadlines, are important. Familiarity with social media platforms and tailored content strategies for each channel is expected. An analytical mindset with experience using data to inform content improvements is also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working in a fast-paced, brand-focused environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of current content creation trends and digital marketing tools will be an advantage.

This role offers the opportunity to work on-site with a collaborative and creative team. The position comes with a competitive salary starting from Rs 40,000 per month.
