Key Responsibilities
As a Codingal teacher, you will deliver coding lessons to school students in an engaging and enjoyable way through online one-on-one sessions. Your role involves motivating students to develop an interest in coding and fostering a positive learning environment. You will assess student progress regularly, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Teachers are expected to maintain a minimum availability of 50 hours per month, primarily during weekday evenings and extended weekend hours. Classes are conducted remotely from home using our dedicated online platform. Additionally, you will hold regular feedback sessions with parents or guardians to discuss student development and progress.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a genuine passion for teaching school-aged children, with prior teaching experience considered an advantage. A background in engineering or equivalent coding experience is essential. Strong English communication skills are required, while proficiency in Urdu or other local languages is a plus. Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills are necessary to effectively support student learning. You must have access to a laptop equipped with a camera and microphone, along with a reliable internet connection. A degree in Computer Science or a relevant coding discipline is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
