Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our energetic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong client relationships, promoting and selling properties, and expertly negotiating deals to close sales effectively. This position is ideal for someone passionate about real estate and eager to grow their career in this competitive industry. The role requires full-time, in-person attendance with working hours from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets to drive business growth.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities from both new prospects and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations, often engaging with senior-level executives to secure favorable terms.
- Build strong rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
- Accurately understand and assess clients’ property needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive briefings to clients regarding relevant property units, ensuring they are well-informed.
- Conduct property demonstrations and site visits, facilitating timely and successful deal closures.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to stay updated on any changes in their requirements.
- Sustain positive ongoing relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Familiarity with contact center operations is considered an advantage and will support effective client communication.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Proven sales experience of 2 to 5 years with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to efficiently manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively.
- Demonstrated passion for sales and a genuine interest in the real estate sector.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Certification in sales or marketing is a valuable asset and will be considered favorably.
- This is a full-time, on-site role based at First Floor Plaza 150, Block D, Civic Center, Bahria Town, Islamabad.
- The salary range for this position is Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month.
- Please note, this is not a remote position; physical presence at the office is mandatory.
