Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing and Sales Expert with an MBA to lead strategic growth initiatives and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales performance across targeted segments. This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal abilities to effectively lead teams and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and support overall sales goals. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends and evolving customer demands. Plan and execute sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to strengthen market positioning. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and business partners to encourage long-term collaboration. Set ambitious sales targets and lead the sales team by providing mentorship, motivation, and guidance. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Retail, and Digital Marketing to ensure alignment of objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze return on investment (ROI), and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management. Recommend effective pricing strategies, distribution plans, and market entry tactics to maximize business growth.

Required Qualifications
An MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field from a recognized institution is essential. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sectors. A strong understanding of market dynamics, brand management, and customer relationship management is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are critical for managing teams and client interactions. Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing software, and the Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
