AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking AI Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions that enhance various business processes. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA) tools. Your work will be crucial in driving operational efficiency by implementing cutting-edge automation strategies that streamline workflows and boost overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-driven automation workflows aimed at optimizing business operations. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will identify automation opportunities and gather detailed requirements to ensure solutions align with business needs. Developing and maintaining intelligent bots using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism will be a core part of your role.

Additionally, you will integrate machine learning models into automation pipelines using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure ML. Automating data extraction, transformation, and analysis processes through natural language processing (NLP) and optical character recognition (OCR) technologies will also be essential. You will implement and monitor AI solutions to maintain optimal performance, accuracy, and reliability.

Troubleshooting automation failures and continuously improving existing workflows for scalability and efficiency will be part of your ongoing responsibilities. Thorough documentation of processes and workflow designs will support change management initiatives. Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies is vital to continuously enhance our systems.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years of professional experience in automation and/or AI engineering roles is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is essential.

You should have practical experience working with RPA platforms like UiPath and Automation Anywhere. A strong understanding of AI and machine learning techniques, including familiarity with frameworks such as Scikit-learn and TensorFlow, is necessary. Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations is also important.

Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform will be considered an advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical to succeed in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with chatbot development frameworks such as Dialogflow or Rasa is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines will be beneficial. Exposure to data visualization and business intelligence tools is desirable.

An understanding of secure coding practices and compliance with data privacy regulations will further strengthen your candidacy.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs120,000.
