We are seeking a talented Performance Marketer to join our vibrant marketing team located in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This role focuses on managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns, with an emphasis on PPC and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative, driven by results, and experienced in executing successful paid marketing strategies. The position offers a hybrid, part-time schedule with night and evening shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, allowing for flexibility while working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Analyze campaign performance data to extract actionable insights that enhance return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct keyword research, perform A/B testing, and develop targeted audience strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad copy and visuals that drive conversions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Manage monthly performance reporting and ensure budget utilization aligns with financial targets.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create detailed performance reports.
- Availability and willingness to work night shifts within a flexible or hybrid work model.
