We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team and efficiently manage data using Google Drive applications such as documents, sheets, and forms. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling sensitive information with care, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting administrative tasks like filing, copying, and printing. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update the database to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Verify data entries and correct any discrepancies to uphold data integrity.
- Review and validate information to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Generate and provide regular business reports as required by management.
- Perform administrative duties including filing, copying, and printing documents when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient typing skills with a good typing speed.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Educational qualifications ranging from Diploma, Matriculation, Intermediate, to Degree holders are acceptable, provided the candidate demonstrates good typing proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of internet browsing and familiarity with Google Drive applications.
