We are looking for a Client Success Specialist to act as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. This role is crucial in ensuring outstanding service delivery, fostering strong client relationships, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for clients, providing proactive support and ensuring their needs are met with a high standard of service.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships by understanding clients’ business goals and specific cost estimation requirements.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to evaluate satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with our services.
- Offer expert advice on cost estimation strategies, timelines, and expectations to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee the accurate and timely delivery of cost estimates and related outputs.
- Oversee client projects to ensure all phases are completed on schedule, maintaining transparent communication throughout.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify and resolve any client challenges effectively.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to the Client Success Manager and relevant teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Suggest product or service enhancements based on client feedback and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer service, ideally within consulting or service-based industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.

This is a full-time, on-site position based on College Road near Wapda Town, Township, Lahore. The work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (night shift).
