Job Summary
Systemapic is looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our remote team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably within the IT or services sector. You will be responsible for engaging prospective clients through outbound calls to introduce our IT services. Key Responsibilities
You will be making outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and introduce Systemapic’s IT services. Handling client objections effectively and generating genuine interest in our offerings will be a core part of your role. Maintaining accurate call logs and managing follow-up schedules is necessary to ensure consistent and organized outreach. Additionally, you will support internal marketing campaigns through voice outreach efforts. Collaboration with the marketing and sales teams is important to help refine lead generation strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in cold calling or telemarketing, ideally within the IT or related service industries. Fluency in English with strong verbal communication and persuasion skills is required. You should be comfortable working with call scripts and CRM tools to track client interactions efficiently. A goal-oriented mindset and resilience to handle rejection professionally are essential traits. Since this is a remote role, a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for making calls are mandatory.
