Job Summary
The Supply Chain Officer role is based at the Civic Center in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. This full-time, onsite position is integral to the smooth functioning of the supply chain operations. The officer will oversee driver activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery tracking, while working closely with warehouse personnel to maintain seamless operational flow. This role is critical in monitoring compliance with company standards and supporting ongoing improvements within the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for monitoring and tracking driver performance throughout their shifts to ensure adherence to company policies and standards. A key part of the role involves verifying that all necessary images and delivery documentation are uploaded accurately and promptly into the system. Maintaining detailed records of compliance activities is essential for reporting and audit purposes. Additionally, the officer will provide constructive feedback and support to both drivers and warehouse staff to improve overall performance and ensure strict adherence to operational protocols.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in supply chain management or compliance-related roles is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to effectively coordinate between teams and manage documentation.
