Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Recruitment Associate to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 100,000. As a Recruitment Associate at Job Bank, you will play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates across various job openings. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in talent acquisition, with proven expertise in cold calling, list building, and utilizing LinkedIn as a primary tool for networking and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential candidates through multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn. Conducting initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability will be a critical part of your role. Building and maintaining robust talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands is essential.
Cold calling passive candidates to introduce job opportunities and generate interest will be a key task. You will also create and manage targeted candidate lists tailored to specific roles and departments, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants. Close collaboration with hiring managers is necessary to fully understand job requirements and team dynamics, enabling you to align recruitment efforts effectively.
Additionally, you will assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that enhance the overall hiring process. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions is vital for tracking progress and ensuring transparency.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience as a Recruitment Associate or in a similar talent acquisition role is required. Strong cold calling skills are essential, with the ability to engage and persuade candidates effectively.
Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn for recruitment and professional networking is a must. You should also demonstrate excellent list-building and database management abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are critical to succeed in this role. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet tight deadlines is expected.
