Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and professional individual to join our team in a full-time, on-site role focused on client support and relationship management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing client communications across various channels, addressing inquiries, and supporting the sales process by nurturing leads and coordinating meetings. Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage client interactions promptly and professionally through multiple communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. You will assist clients by effectively addressing their questions and concerns, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
In addition, you will be responsible for following up with potential clients to nurture leads and help facilitate deal closures, playing an active role in the sales support process. Scheduling and coordinating meetings or calls with clients will be essential to maintain smooth and timely communication.
Regular reporting is also a key aspect of this role. You will provide updates and detailed reports to managers or team leads regarding client issues, progress, and any necessary follow-up actions to ensure transparency and continuous improvement in client service.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential. You must be comfortable interacting with clients across multiple platforms, including email, chat, and phone, demonstrating professionalism and clarity in every interaction.
Excellent organizational skills are necessary to efficiently manage scheduling, follow-ups, and client records. A customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor are critical to building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships.
While prior experience in client support or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory. We value a willingness to learn and a proactive approach to client service.
