Job Summary
Hazen Technologies Inc. is excited to offer a Summer Internship Program tailored for students currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by engaging in real-world HR projects within a professional setting. The program commences on July 1, 2025, and spans 6 to 8 weeks. Interns will be required to work onsite from Monday to Friday at our Gulberg office in Lahore, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. While this is an unpaid internship, it offers invaluable exposure to HR functions and the chance to develop essential skills for a future career in human resources. Due to limited openings, a brief screening process will be conducted, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Key Responsibilities
Interns will support the HR team by assisting in a variety of functions and projects. Key duties include participating in recruitment activities such as screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules. Interns will also help maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases to ensure data integrity. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires will be a vital part of the role, helping new employees integrate smoothly into the organization. Additionally, interns will contribute to organizing training sessions and employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture. Conducting research on HR best practices and assisting in the preparation of reports will further enhance learning. Collaboration with team members to ensure efficient HR operations is expected throughout the internship.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must be currently enrolled in or have recently completed a degree program in Human Resources or a related discipline. A strong interest in building a career in human resources is essential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact professionally within the team and with potential candidates. Interns must be able to commit to full-time onsite work during the internship period. Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While prior internship or volunteer experience in HR is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
