Egg Godown Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible individual to manage egg storage operations, ensuring proper handling, grading, and meticulous record-keeping of stock and sales. This role involves overseeing egg sales and coordinating timely dispatch through effective fleet management. The successful candidate will lead the warehouse team, ensuring smooth daily operations with strong leadership and organizational skills. Attention to detail, trustworthiness, and proficiency in inventory systems and logistics are critical for success. Experience in the poultry or warehouse sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of egg storage operations, ensuring eggs are handled and graded according to established standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels and sales transactions to support effective inventory control.
- Oversee the egg sales process, coordinating dispatch schedules and managing fleet logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team to maintain efficient and seamless daily operations.
- Implement and monitor inventory management systems and logistics workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout storage and dispatch activities.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated managerial experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and reliability in managing inventory and logistics operations.
- Proven background in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Competence in maintaining accurate records and managing sales data efficiently.
- High level of trustworthiness and responsibility, with a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in the poultry industry or related sectors is strongly preferred.
- The company offers accommodation and three meals daily as part of the employment package.
- This is a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs45,000.
- The role requires physical presence at the work location to ensure hands-on management and supervision.
