Job Summary
PFTP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Academic Coordinator to lead and manage its academic operations while supporting the expansion of its educational programs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of educational expertise and administrative experience to oversee daily academic activities, resolve concerns from both students and instructors, and contribute significantly to strategic planning and development. Experience working with NAVTTC or other government-funded initiatives will be considered a major advantage.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Academic Coordinator will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all daily academic activities across various programs. This includes managing class schedules, organizing instructor assignments, and providing comprehensive support to students. The role demands proactive resolution of academic and administrative issues that arise between students and faculty to maintain a smooth learning environment.
Ensuring the proper implementation of curricula and timely completion of syllabi is a critical part of the position. The coordinator will also assist in expanding educational services by fostering partnerships that contribute to business growth. Monitoring the quality of training sessions and evaluating the performance of academic staff members will be essential to uphold high standards.
The role involves leading academic reporting, planning, and conducting performance evaluations to support continuous improvement. The coordinator will also play a vital role in the execution, documentation, and compliance of NAVTTC and other government-funded projects, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
Collaboration with internal departments is necessary to guarantee seamless academic operations. Maintaining accurate academic records and ensuring adherence to institutional policies and standards will be ongoing responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in academic coordination or educational management is required. The role demands strong leadership capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in managing and motivating teams that include both faculty and administrative staff is essential. Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to resolve conflicts efficiently, are critical for success. Proficiency in educational CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and digital reporting tools is expected.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in academic operations management and strategic planning within the education sector. Skills in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including students, instructors, and funding agencies, are highly valued.
Familiarity with government project compliance, particularly with NAVTTC and TEVTA, will be an advantage. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills are also desirable to navigate the complexities of this role effectively.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs110,000. The role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of PFTP’s academic programs while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
