Job Summary
Enza Home Islamabad is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager – Sales to join its team. This role is pivotal in supporting daily showroom operations and driving sales performance to meet company targets. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for home furniture and décor, and a proven track record in sales leadership. The Assistant Manager will play an active role in customer service, team coordination, and sales planning to ensure an exceptional shopping experience and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager – Sales will assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales objectives. This includes supervising and supporting the sales team during daily showroom activities and customer engagements. Delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong client relationships is essential to this role.
Additionally, the Assistant Manager will oversee product displays and showroom merchandising to ensure alignment with Enza Home’s brand standards. They will manage client follow-ups related to inquiries, quotations, and after-sales services, maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and feedback.
The role also involves providing valuable input on inventory management, including stock reordering and availability. Collaboration with the marketing team is required to support promotions and organize in-store events. Training and mentoring new sales team members will be a key responsibility, alongside preparing detailed sales reports and offering insights on customer preferences and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of retail sales experience is required, preferably within the furniture, home décor, or lifestyle sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with demonstrated ability to lead a team and consistently meet sales targets.
A customer-centric mindset combined with effective problem-solving capabilities is critical for success in this role. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with POS or CRM systems are also necessary. The candidate must be willing to work full-time onsite at the Enza Home Islamabad showroom.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with luxury or premium retail brands will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of interior design trends and an understanding of customer behavior in the home décor market will further enhance candidacy. Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays as required is preferred.
Enza Home offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000, supplemented by performance-based incentives.
